Sponsor income declaration — family reunification

Instructions: The primary applicant (sponsor) fills and signs this letter, then attaches it to the family reunification application at MUP. Also attach: last 3 months of payslips or bank statements showing income above the threshold (verify the current threshold with MUP before submitting — it updates annually). This is a helper template — not an official government form.
